Shipping policy

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Domestic (U.S. & Puerto Rico):
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Applicable taxes (including Puerto Rico IVU) will be calculated automatically at checkout.

International Shipping:
International rates vary by country. Customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
If your package is lost, please contact us and we will help begin a carrier claim.

Address Errors:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Orders cannot be refunded due to incorrect addresses.
